The Meat and 3 is a Southern tradition: a satisfying plate built around your choice of one protein and three homemade sides. At Cozy Coop, we make it our way — with chicken fried in 100% beef tallow, homestyle sides made from scratch, and no seed oils anywhere.

How It Works

Pick your meat: fried chicken, tenders, wings, or homemade ribs. Then choose three sides: mac and cheese, collard greens, cornbread, biscuits, red beans and rice, fried okra, mashed potatoes, or whatever's on the menu that day. Comes with everything you need for a full Southern plate.

Why our Meat and 3 is Different

Most Meat and 3 plates lean on the same boring sides. Ours are made fresh by Chef Ricky using real ingredients and Southern recipes. Our fried chicken is fried in beef tallow — never seed oils — so it's crispy, flavorful, and cleaner than what you'll find at the average chicken spot.
